Look for 20yr olds with at least capable primaries (preferably reliable) but try not to spend more than $10k on one player. To begin with you don't need absolute guns because you only need players who are good enough to make you competetive in the lower leagues.

How much money do you have to begin with C4? Don't try to spend all of it so suggest try keeping at least 50k.

Reveal all your players (As a youth or two could be put up for sale for quite a bit). Looking at your team page now :P.

Yep id use 50-100K on your starting team (make sure their young)
Then pour the rest into academies.

Yeah! Okay, so from what I can gather....see if I have this right.

1. Find good cheap players that are only 20 years old.
2. Buy $50k worth of players.
3. For each player I buy, I must sack one from my list...

You need a minimum of 12 players. Fire all of you remaining youths (19 and under) until you have 12 remaining.

So basically you need to buy 11 or 12 20yr olds to build your senior squad up.  When thats done and you learn more about the game you can start to make your team increasingly better.
