Pretty much everyone nominates their best players in Categories (Bat, Seam, Spin, Keeper etc) then we vote on each player and make a team out of them  :)

Correct. I ran it last season and it was a great success  :)

I'd like to see him get in.
Although last season we didn't have age groups for the bowlers, so could be a challenge for him.

He needs more fielding, power and Endurance plus Ablett is half way in both bowling and tech to exceptional, like 5/8s of the way there.
