What about breaking it up in to 2 different categories for batsmen

Openers (1 - 2)
Top Order (3 - 5)
Keeper-Batsman (6)
AR  (7)
Bowlers (8 - 11)

Nobody has 2 all rounders in a squad PB. Thats unheard of.  ;)

That sounds alright but will be hard to do since there are mutiple batsman (with no given position). I say we post all the Batsmen up and each person is given 5 votes.
