My player ngilu has spectacular summary RB as well. Differences are Mine is out/Out yours is spec/spec. Exp Accomplished/Reliable. Hopefully they are worth same money due to exp and secondaries. Good luck with him if you decided to put him on the market

Definitely NOT the 2nd one. Experience is way too low for a 21yr old. You need at least average experience for age 21. I would go for Frost as he has the potential to be built into a solid player. Only problem is his fielding and power need lots of work, but could be a great project.
