Replacement for Lidgerwood (31yo now) and a solid All-Rounder is now a member of my squad. Formerly Barlows player and an English NT member, Maelgwn Hir (Soon to be Nathan Buckley) will be trained for the rest of his career on Strength. Hopefully will result in a Tech pop to bring him to Reli/Spec/spec, but the extra power will always be welcomed.

Thanks for bringing this up :P. I kept out a 180k+ and a 170k+ manager by surviving :P. Would have made it more interesting but I stay up a season longer :P. Now to try and reach 180k by mid season hopefully.

PB, as the others said, Can buy Rel/Rel players for 1-5k. Nails has been doing that (although sometimes a bhit overboard :P) but his team is going to have a fairly strong base for quite some time.

His game time will be limited, as i base my team around spin. But he is better than the guy he's replacing, same batting, ord, but reas bowling compared to ord bowling. Plus a yorker compared to Gifted keeper. 1k is nothing, and he won't be playing tomorrow.

PB - at 20, you should be targetting rel/rel skilled players. Cap/cap at the very mininum if they have ok secondaries. Reas/reas are a waste of space, unless you want to languish in the bottom divisions   ;)

I have reas/reas 18yo players and my academy is shower (meagre, which is the second lowest level)

Stick to reli/reli only for bowlers/batsman
Cap/cap/cap for keeper-batsman and all-rounders
