The first post says they had to have played at least one game in the AFL/VFL/VFA/WAFL/SANFL so I guess he is ok

I win :P
I think the real winner here, is Benet.
He waited so long - He finally got picked :P

LOL

And he still prob wont get a game :P

ok chaps i have the spud of spuds right here...

Danny Roach
Roach, a Tasmanian, played only one game for Collingwood after being a first round pick in the 1999 AFL Draft. He played his debut season at the club for Victorian Football League club Williamstown (Collingwood's affiliate team) before getting his chance in early 2001 against Richmond. Roach was unsuccessful in his AFL Debut, having only 1 tackle for the entire match, in what would be his first and last AFL game.

idk where to play him even ;D and his player card surpassed his playing career, look he got a handball in the card :P

Well at least once his career in the local seconds is over he can be reused somewhere else!

I think I can see what he's thinking - 'This handball will define my career!' - Clanger.

roo boys!

Still deciding on mine :-\

I select Mitch Thorp.

Pick number 6 in the national 2006 draft. That's before Joel Selwood (7), James Frawley (12), Jack Riewoldt (13) and Dawes (28). Pretty crappy draft as you can see but still haha.

Thorp was delisted by the Hawthorn Football club on Wednesday 28 October 2009 after no club showed interest in him.[2] He later entered the National Draft.

In 2010, Thorp played as a forward for Werribee Tigers in the VFL.

In 2011, he returned to park football in Tasmania.

Story of his career thanks to wikipedia :)
Not sure what position he played in the afl. I'm going to say HFF.

roo boys!

Hawka

ele he was a tall fwd so chf or ff ;)

roo boys!

I pick Daniel Parker.

Played 25 games for Fremantle, in which he amassed a mind blowing 155 disposals, at an average of 6.2 per game.

He kicked 18 goals, 16 of which came in his most productive year, 1997. Apart from that he got 2 other goals in 14 games, not too great for a key position forward.

roo boys!

My next pick is Richard Lounder.

Number one draft pick and played only 4 games, in which he got 9 kicks. Welcome to the forward line mate!

Lounder was a big framed ruckman who had much hype being taken at number one of the 1987 National Draft. He made his debut on round 5 of the 1989 VFL season kicking 4 goals against the Kangaroos, this would be his career highlight. His next 3 games and was not impressive at all and did not play the rest of the season. He never played again. He has been called the least successful number one draft pick in VFL/AFL history.

So, CF, instead of calling my Tambling you can now call me Lounder :)
