Hey everyone,
I am in the process of upgrading my defence and this week i plan to go puopolo to any of the above. I am just not sure who to get out of the five. I would probably prefer fisher, birchall or scotland as they are more unique than the rest. I have 5 trades and $136 500. I can straight swap to Shaw, Fisher or Enright but i will need more money to get birchall or scotland. However i can downgrade sandilands this week if i need to. Please give me your opinion on the matter and my backline is below. I also have Ben Jacobs in the mids so i can cover for two hawks or two blues in their bye rounds

Cheers, Hally

Backs: Gibbs, Deledio, Suckling, Heppell, Goddard, Adcock, Stanley - Puopolo, Toy, Howard

whorya

im in the same situation our backs are so similar (esp the starting ones)

i have enright instead of heppell otherwise the other premos are the same
and doing lower - fisher this week

birchall 20k more and bye is the issue v fisher
scotland fnls bye and high cost and i got enright but depending on how many catters you got....

im going fisher but only coz of bye otherwise scotland even with the cost involved!

Stocutz

All having great years. Hard to separate. Based largely on byes I'd stick clear of Scotland and birchall and in order go
Fisher enright shaw.

i think fisher is a good option at this stage

I'm going Fisher so picked him, super consistent which is rare in the backs. Scotland is the best absolute choice but since we all (wrongly) went Gibbs it's a non-option if league is your bag. Same goes for Enright. We all have too many Hawks as it is and Shaw invented inconsistency from a DT perspective (has actually been close to B&F this year for pies however)

please vote and comment, i am still unsure of what to do.

scotland has been super consistent this year and gets you those 120 scores you love to see in the backline hasnt dipped below 90 since rd 3 first two rds 79 & 86 still respectable in the backs

for me its fisher or scotland i personally would spend the extra 33 k and get the bloke average 100 not 91 as long as you have cover for rd 23
