Get Khoumar Babacar from Fiorentina, he is a 17 year old striker who turns in to a gun. Also Wilshere becomes awesome!
Try and sign Ganso too from Santos, you might have to pay a fair bit for him though, his name is also Paulo Henrique in the game though ;)

Lukaku, Pjanic, De Gea, Eriksen, Munian, Neymar, Gotze, Wilshere, Hazard, Mussacchio, Muller, Pato, M'Vila, Bojan, Jones, Varane.

Not sure how many of those are officially classified as youths, but they are some of the best young ones out there!
