I like your thinking of Goodes as a forward, a change I expect to see. A good pre-season by Veszpremi would see him in my side most likely.

IMO either Sandilands or Cox has to be in your rucks - Kreuzer and Hille aint' a lock & leave combo as they wont generate enough points.

Yep, Goodes as a forward will be very tempting if he is allocated that way. I think we have gotten to a point in fantasy footy where Cox isn't a lock ruck anymore. It''s time for the new era to emerge. Kruezer heads that pack and Hille is a cheapie who was the 2nd highest SC averaging ruckman in 07.

Understand that i have done my homework to try and fit this interim side into a $10M cap.

There will have to be some more obvious choices that present themselves through the draft and pre season form but I like my very rough squad as a starting point.

As Freo has been a good hunting ground for rookie and bench players this year, I think Sydney will be the place to shop in 2010, hence the choice of Vesz as a starter. Plenty of other names to look out for including Hanneberry, Brabazon, Daniel O'Keefe, Lewis Johnston, Meredith to name a few.
