Duigan/Heppell to H.Shaw
And
Knights to Sylvia

Or

OPTION 2
D.Swallow to Pendlebury (finishes mids) and downgrade(Callinan) and upgrade backs/fwds next week or week after

Was planning to do option 2 since last week but with injuries and suspensions my backs and fwds look weak. Got 183k and 14 trades. I need to get upgrading!

Backs: Gibbs, Deledio, Broughton, Heppell, Hibberd, Lower, Puopolo (Goddard, Adcock, Duigan)
Mids: Swan, Ablett, Boyd, Bartel, Hodge, Krak/D.Swallow (Harris, B.Jacobs, Krak/D.Swallow)
Fwds: Goodes, Higgins, Petrie, Knights, Mzungu, I.Smith, Howe (Buddy, N.Roo, C.Rich)

Eww I'm actually embarrassed about my fwds and backs! :/

I'd go with option 1 because of the following:

1. Heppel is going to leak cash if not traded this round.
2. Pendles has scored above 100 once out of his last 9 games against sydney
3. Syvlia will go up in price this week and knights will go down, so it will cost you more later
4. Callinan can wait another 2 weeks.

Great mids, maybe lose Harris instead of Krak/Swallow 1st.
