Now that Jamar is back I have realiesed I probs don't need him and I am considering trading him out as I believe Hale (with Petrie DPP) is enough

Was wondering whether I should trade for 80,400 rookie and then upgrade someone (maybe dangerfield - he is starting to really annoy me)

Definitely grab an $80k rookie.  Mitch Curnow from Port is as good a choice as any.
