Riley not playing helps Boyd's Captaincy claims. Douglas will get the 'run with' role on Boyd to start allowing Craig equal opportunity to take the game on, and if Boyd starts having an impact then Doughty will be shifted to him to shut him down.
Crows can't start with a dedicated tag on Boyd if they have any chance of attacking the game for the win.

Plus 1. Got the VC on Ablett but Boyd for sheer determination to get the Bulldogs across the line, and he can only do that by racking up posessions.
