Who to trade out first

I want to go Matera--->Howe this week as one of my trades.

I also have both Mundy and Selwood, however want to trade one (or both) to Swan and/or Pendles

So who is the priority to trade out this week?

And out of Mitchell, Redden and Watson who would you get?

I'm going for overall.

I should have probably added Adcock to teh poll, but due to lots of cover I don't think he's a priority and will probably go for Shaw next week.
