Release all teams for Rd13 tonight is delayed as teams needing to be manually lodged with AFL. Apologies but this is beyond control of clubs

AFL_PKeane Patrick Keane
AFL expectation is that all teams to be issued by 5.30pm

Although i expect the clubs will post their teams on twitter before then.

Richmond news - Jake Batchelor out with general soreness.

Hard-running utility player, Jeromey Webberley, has been rewarded for his consistent form at VFL level with Coburg by being named in the Richmond line-up for Saturday night’s Round 13 match against Brisbane at the Gabba.

Webberley, who managed 10 games in his debut season for Richmond last year, returns for his first senior appearance of 2011.

Key defender, Luke McGuane, a late withdrawal from the Tiger team that lost to Sydney at the SCG last Sunday by 10 points, due to soreness, comes back in, along with versatile ‘tall’  Jayden Post.

They replace David Astbury, who dislocated his left kneecap in the opening minutes of last Sunday’s clash with the Swans, Jake Batchelor, who will miss because of general soreness, and Matthew White, who has been omitted.

The three emergencies for Saturday night’s game are White, David Gourdis and Shane Tuck.

Smith confirmed out of GC lineup BUT ALSO SWALLOW.

The Gold Coast SUNS have made four changes ahead of Saturday’s match against Hawthorn at Aurora Stadium.

The GC SUNS have recalled Karmichael Hunt, Daniel Gorringe, Jack Hutchins and Matt Shaw to the starting 22.

All four inclusions played a significant role in the GC SUNS reserves win over Morningside at Broadbeach last Saturday.

Going out of the side with ankle injuries are David Swallow and Zac Smith, while Seb Tape and Steven May have both been omitted.

North - No Richo or Harper.

After a standout game in Werribee colours in the VFL, Sam Wright has slotted straight back into the North Melbourne side to take on Essendon. A shoulder injury has kept the classy youngster quiet in recent weeks but there was no holding him back on Sunday as he collected 26 possessions to go with three goals.

Tigers' coach Paul Satterley predicted a return to the big league after witnessing Wright's talent first hand saying after the match, "Sam Wright will be back to senior footy soon. He won some inside footy and some outside footy and I’m sure he’ll have his name back up in lights after today’s performance."

Also back in the senior side is hard working defender Nathan Grima who has missed the past month of football with a broken finger.

Grima's inclusion couldn't come at a better time with the Bombers' ability to play tall in front of goals.

With Luke Delaney, Scott Thompson and Cam Pedersen joining him down back, the Roos should be well equipped to handle whatever is thrown at them on Saturday afternoon at Etihad Stadium.

Ben Speight is out of the side after enjoying seven straight matches, sometimes as the substitute player and will be better for the experience.

Concussion to Lachlan Hansen has kept him from playing this week but it's expected he'll be fit to return sooner rather than later.

The match is shaping as a blockbuster with both sides desperate for the premiership points.
