forwards: ar.davey, s.johnson, pavlich, j.brown, fevola, dick, al.davey, (mcglynn, thorp). obviously with only 4 trades left i will be holding out for a while. thoughts?

Pretty solid team...

With 4 trades I would sit tight for awhile.
Towards the end of season I would look at upgrading Rich/Ball to a premium and using a couple of trades in your forward line to upgrade your lower tier of players.

Hoping that one of Dick or McGlynn always play has to be a bit of a concern.
Keep an eye on the progress of Veszpremi in the 2nd half of the season, could be a straight swap if necessary to shore up your 7th forward.
