FanFooty is the proverbial ‘nanny website.’

I was banned because ‘penis’ and ‘vagina’ are deemed inflammatory ‘swear’ words rather than bodily organs. Yes I exploited the ‘swear’ filter, but at least I used correct terminology.

Still find it amusing that M0nty has nothing better to do with his time than write silly scripts censoring words like penis (‘plow’ – which, by the way is spelt ‘plough’).

I believe that FLOPITOUT may have been referring to the fact that English is his second language. Which in my mind validates his retort, how dare ye make such ignorant remarks!

But remember people, while ignorance may be bliss, it’s no excuse in the eyes of the law. Unfortunately for FLOP and I, M0nty has very little real power in his own (over his own) life so he feels the need to over compensate in the virtual world. I suppose I can understand that, it must be gratifying hitting that big red ban button?

On the other hand, M0nty could spend some of his valuable time updating the website’s crummy visuals and poor performance? Or maybe he could even spend some of the money he makes from all the advertising revenue on buying some more server bandwidth.  Or M0nty could even move to China, I’m sure the regime there would love to have him working on their internet filter. Just think of all the sweet and sour pork you could eat as well, delicious!

I'm not going to comment on some of your points bluke, although I can see where you're coming from in some cases.

I was just going to add, that I presumed he was referring to english as a second language as well when he went off about racism, seemed the only logical conclusion from my point of view. People should have thought through what he was talking about, by sounding confused (even if you didn't mean it) it sounded like an insult.

Whilst you couldn't have anticipated that he was ESL, poor sentence structure means one of four things generally, and while I do sometimes poke fun at it, it isn't very kind
1. They're ESL and english is not their first language. Uncool to hack on them.
2. They're a small child/ still learning english in school. Please, have fun tearing down a twelve year olds confidence.
3. They're not particularly smart. Yes, everyone, laugh and point at the retard, nice and high class.
4. They're very frustrated and/or just made a mistake... in this case it's actually justified.... own the n00bs :P

Mate, clearly you've done something pretty ordinary to get banned... And if it was only for a weekend - get over it! Surely you've got other things to do if you can't chat on an online forum! Go out for a walk & clear your head, go to a local game of footy, or a game of AFL... anything!

But the more important point is this: whether you believe what you did deserved a ban or not is irrelevant. Prospector is the moderator of this website, and as such, it is up to him to decide - that is his prerogative. Comparing him to the nazis (and by extension, Adolf Hitler, judging by your line: "Sieg Heil to prospector!") is absolutely criminal. Please look up some history and find out just some of the atrocities commited by the nazis & their leader. Not only did they slaughter an entire generation of jewish people, they also brutalised & murdered countless gypsies, Jehovah's Witnesses, the handicapped and mentally ill, homosexuals and political opponents...

My point is this - please do not compare people to the nazis and their leader just to let off some steam. It is wrong. I think everyone on this forum would appreciate it if you deleted this entire post/thread.
