Ok i am just bringing this to your attention so dont get grumpy or anything for bringing this up....But do you think Goddard could have a field day against the Dogs and without Montagna could play his role and play of half back as a floater?Thoughts?

PowerBug

Big risk. Very big risk, but it's worth taking.

BTW that's me 500th post.

Red Pig. Not trying to be rude but do you do anything else apat from quote and write +1?

Fenno

Well you would think the saints would win and normaly more points come from the winning team and Nicky Dal will cop some kind of tag now that Montagna isn't playing so somone else has to score points so I can see Goddard smashing out some good points. Wouldn't make him captain but he should go ok

I picked the Dogs to win tbh.  Goddard can rip out those massive 120+ scores, but he's still playing his way into form.  Much better options for captain choice in the way of Pendles, Selwood, Cox who are just insanely consistent.

Wes Mantooth

good unique pick... i can still see the dogs having someone go with him.
i think he'll have a solid score of 115

hahahaha +1 :)

solid 119 is pretty damn good, I'd say goddard is back in form he is looking really good and playing like his old self. I went to last nights game and had to do an analysis report just on him for the duration of the game and he is an absolute workhorse! him being back means another tough decision for choosing a captain every week :)

Windigo

Goddard is nearly back.

Gilbert is definitely not!

Riewoldt is getting there as well. He needs to kick at least 2 goals to break a ton each week IMO.

"nearly back" wtf is this shower.

He's definitely back. 122, 41 (in a quarter), 111 and 119. If not for injury his 4 round average would be ~120. Goddard is BACK!
