Help us out, team's battling

So im stuck with what to do, should i cut some rookies or should i hold onto trades, i seem to be behind a bit with the development of my team, havnt finished mids, far from finishing forwards and i trade away from finishing backs.

Heres my team

Gibbs, Heppel, Enright, Goddard, Deledio, Adcock, Lower (Puopolo, Toy, Jacobs)

Boyd, Swan, Pendlebury, Mitchell, Thompson, Hibberd (Mzungu, Harris, Curnow)

Goodes, Pavlich, Riewoldt, Riewoldt, Higgins, Franklin, Darling (Pitt, Harper, Lynch)

Thinking of offloading harris, and maybe darling. I wanna keep curnow for the year

Any advice on what to do? please need help
