Duigan, Lower or Stanley???

Who do should i trade out? i also have Cam O'shea.

Looking to upgrade to Adcock or Shaw but i can go Duigan out for Adcock and Stanley to Rawlings. Good trade?

I'd try bring Shaw in from that group. Watch Adcock for a couple of weeks see if his form turns around. He has a high BE so it shouldn't cost you doe
