they dropped mzungu in straight away. Barlow's probably considerably more recovered than mzungu was as well, he's had pretty much a year off to heal and recuperate, + the leg break is hardly going to make him injury prone like, let's say chappy.

Palmer will be dropped for him imo.

That being said, I wouldn't rush him back.

Don't rush him into your side, he is the most expensive player in the comp at the moment, so he should drop in price.

he wont come in this week as Freo have already said they are managing his comeback to AFL

that said if he gets a 100 in the first game back, im swapping montags for him :D

he'll drop in price pretty hard even if he does maintain his average from 2010 imo, due to the 'magic number' decrease over the rounds.

he has to play this year i would have thought, to even be considered for next year.....

Is sky high atm and will still be very expensive for an essentially 2nd year player even if a discount is taken into account......

Yeah I heard a soundbite from Harvey on the radio saying his style of play is well suited to the sub role. I hope he only meant while he is still working his way back to full fitness. Coz Micky needs to play the full quarters when fully fit!!!

Could be a very interesting unique at a cut price late on in the season. Thinking maybe Selwood -> Barlow when Geelong has there bye kind of thing. We'll see how Barlow goes first though.
