wil Stevie J be a good pick?
i am going for a league win so i know all about the cats bye, but with Enright, Selwood and now one of Stevie J or Chapman, i'm sure it can be covered if necessary..

a little inconsistant to be a full premo but can belt out some big scores

top 3 scores: 162, 147, 136

lowest: 70, 79, 80

5 hundreds, 4 scores under 100

i'm not sure if i should jump on or not but with a B/E of 36 it's now or never..  what should i do??

(and i've just realized that i've written "wil" in the topic.. my bad)

i like his consistency this year, can belt out huge scores and his lowest is 70?
solid choice for a 1st forward imo!!

gracey89

i have him as my 3rd forward. i went him this year because he is playing more through midfield with ablett gone! he will play more midfield to when shannon byrnes comes back as he will most likely play forward!

I'd go for it if I was in your shoes. I've had him since the start and besides a few frustrating performances (I think the 70 was against a totally dominated Port @ SS) he has been a great choice.

seems to expensive at 500k
may have missed the boat.
or wait for those lower scores of 70 again
so it brings his overall price back down

So if you have to play during the cats bye, you expect to win with Enright, Selwood and possibly SJ on the bench...then theres the general soreness you WILL have to cover...with only 2 trades that can be used....sure go for it man
Hope your in my league.....

yea in hindsight should have been the first picked forward this year but who could pick that with the cats widely thought to be sliding down the ladder, if u can fit him in hes a great option but he is near the top of his price range i think youve missed the boat on this one he could b one to bring in afta ther last bye a grand final trump card

I remember when I brought in JRoo as my GF wildcard last year......54 if I recall correctly  :-[ LOL

yeah that's not a bad idea callum.. i might go down that track actually.. hopefully he goes better than JRoo lol.

bowyanger i'm not in your league so good thing hey.. for you.... ;P

He's a premo in my book. Had to toss up b/w him and chappie at the start of the season. Glad I made the right choice.
Depends on how many Geelong players you have already and whether you have chappie in your forward line as to whether you bring Stevie J in as well.

as a 6/7th forward he is an excellent choice. starting to question how much money you have spent on your forwards if he isnt a 3/4th forward.
