Currently have 15 trades left and 8k in the kitty atm and am currently 2nd.
Any suggestions on upgrade or downgrade prospects?

I believe you need 1 more premium back over puopolo when he maxes out, and one more premium mid over swallow. possibly even upgrade foley too. Rucks and fwds are really good. You don't really have a lot of money anywhere tho bar zac smith and a bit on toy. Downgrading toy prob won't get you much, but yeah when sandi back specially seeing you have Bailey, I'd be looking to downgrade smith and upgrade your last defense spot or last 2 midfielders. Or if toys money gets you anything but he prob don't I have the same prob

They were the two places I am indeed looking to replace but will wait until my bench players rise enough in price. As far as puopolo goes, I was thinking of either Shaw or Fisher as an upgrade target

Sandi to Tippett frees up 435k+

Spend the cash on your 3 upgrades.

Then downgrade Bailey and upgrade Smith to Sandi after his bye.

Leaves you with 9 trades.

Your bench cover is light on though - may need to look at some playing rookies to trade in to fill the gaps
