Very very true. Thanks for fully convincing me, I was at about 85% convinced but you've pushed that to 100%!

Now, Thompson or Judd? Or GAJ as the mid upgrade this week?

Looking at Thompson although I do rate Judd not having a bye til very late, he can be sideways of course at that stage if im still in with a chance.

If you have the cash to go all out, imo, get Boyd.  I would actually be more inclined to get Murphy over Judd this year, if you want to go that direction.

Your forward line is seriously good, can't go wrong with Boomer.

PiggyPommy

Thanks Charlie.

How about a FanFooty party at a venue in Melbourne if I get up with some cash on the bar? Hahaha.

Boyd is an absolute gun yes, tough next two weeks but he is killing it and so consistent. Will be between Boyd and Judd.

charliesheen

This year, Boyd mate without question.  Unless that 20-30k was critical for a separate upgrade.

Seeing you should have plenty of funds from the Sandilands trade, boyd all the way.

PiggyPommy

Yep. Boyd is a touch more unique too. Carlton have a much better draw though, especially over the next few rounds.

charliesheen

Boyd mate, will become near super premium at season's end.

Lock and Load

PiggyPommy

Haha you are a convincing man charlie, but this one will go down to the last 15 min decision!

Good choice, but don't worry if he has a bad game this week, he does not have a flattering record against Geelong from memory.

PiggyPommy

Yeah im not too fussed with one week. Judd will beat Boyd this week most likely. Its over the next fourteen rounds though.

Would have gone judd purely because carlton will win more games. Both are proven performers ( so there will not be much difference). I'm going to feel terrible if you lose because of the difference in points of Judd and Boyd when I didn't speak sooner...haha goodluck this week!

Boyd has been a massive massive beneficiary of Cross's role change, as well as Cooney not playing at the level he should.  IMO, Boyd will reach super premium status this year and average 120SC.

This year, I think Judd will be on a level below Selwood/Boyd/Pendlebury in terms of SC.  I actually think Murphy will average&total more than Judd this year, but that I guess that is debatable..

PiggyPommy

Haha thanks Spite.

Will use this as my blog from now on to keep you all updated.

Scored 2260 this week. Not sure what that will do to my ranking.

funny how judd, boyd, thompson all scored similar ~

PiggyPommy

Yeah :)

I did notice that mate. Boydy cashes in against the Saints next week.
