Look through this list and give us some of your recommendations you would like  ;D.

There has been talk of Monta Ellis going to the Bulls, don't know how well he would fit the system.

I think they should really pursue Arron Afflalo from Devner

strong on the defensive end (was on the 2nd all defensive team one year i think) and he can score the ball adequately (12.6ppg in 2010/12 shooting at almost 50%)

J.R. Smith would be tempting but he comes with all that baggage, so much potential

RiOtChEsS

Afflalo is restricted so could get pricey...

definitely not on Monta Ellis that would be as bad as the Boozer signing...

dont get me wrong i dont mind Boozer or Ellis as players but they dont fit with what the Bulls have already...

Anyteam with D12 plus a very good Offensive talent will be a contender and prob Championship side. He took Orlando to the finals in 2009 with freaking Jameer Nelson has his partner.

bahaha true :P

not sure what the details with trading on his contract are but Bosh would be powered off to be traded after settling for less money than he could have got if he went to a shower team as the main guy...

ok in all honesty i dont think they move Bosh on this offseason and signings etc wll be minimal aswell...

i think that The Heat will do their homework through the draft and give a young strong body opportunity...

probably sign a veteran Center also but fast tracking a young big man will be priority...

Trading Bosh What Ifs:

without going into the math getting technical or picks money etc the players that i could see working with Wade and James...
Andrew Bogut
Mark Gasol
Nene

Free Agent Signing What Ifs

again not a lot of cap room and someone would have to take a pay cut to try win...

players id like The Heat to look at bringng in:

Marcin Gortat
Andrei Kirilenko
Sam Dalembert
Tyson Chandler
Kris Humphries
Shannon Brown
Sasha Vujacic

Nice work there Marcz. I will try work on a Rockets one but it would probably be dream moves rather than realistic 1s lol. With section A, you will probably need 1 of those guys as well as a role player or 2. Otherwise I probably see the same thing that has happened with Bosh this year cause the trades are basically like to like. Also trading Bosh is gonna be hard. He is on a max contract and his stocks have surely gone down seeing how passive he has been in the Heat.

For section A the first 3 guys are good suggestions but I don't know if they will take minimum contracts. I think Gortat wouldn't take a pay cut cause he is still only 27 and teams would surely play him more than a minimum. I don't know if you remember but Kirilenko was rumored earlier to go to the Nets cause of the Russian owner. Apparently he was gonna be one of their big signings (at least more than a minimum contract) when they didn't get Melo. However, I can see Dalembert going to the Heat and take a minimum. I am not sure how much more other teams would offer him (mid level at most?) but out of the 3 he seems most likely IMO.

As for the other 4, Mavs said they were gonna resign Chandler, Shannon Brown has a player option an yeah again it's probably too early for him to leave for a minimum. He already has a ring as well. As for the Nets hacks, is it because they have smoking hot fiances (Maria and Kim  :'() isn't it? I wouldn't touch those 2. Sasha Vujadog is a hack player and so is Kris Humphries and maybe if they are willing to take minimums but anything above that probably not.

Nene not so much. If they get Bosh out+ clean their roster again. Getin D12 is not impossible.
id like to think that they could but im not holding my breath...

that 3 would be... well just an absurd force :o :o :o

The only way for Miami to get D12 is to trade for him. They don't have salary cap to sign as a FA at the end of next year. Even then, who are Orlando gonna take for D12. Certainly not Chris Bosh and some role players. Unless they trade Bosh for a massive expiring contract but even then it would be very unlikely. After seeing Bosh's performances this year, his stocks will have plummeted and would a team rather have Bosh for another 4 years I think or have a shot at getting the FA superstars next year (Paul, D-Will, D12)?  Also, if Magic are forced into a situation where they need to trade him, Miami would be the last place on earth they will send him. Division and Conference rivals. Giving the Heat D12 for Bosh would mean strengthening your main rival and thus destroying their chances of winning a championship even more. On the other hand, if they send him to the West then at least they can hope some other team will knock D12's new team out b4 they need to face them.

So yes Marcz, I would hold my breath lol.

Bosh's contract isnt max BM

http://hoopshype.com/salaries.htm

here is a list of payrolls and salaries... PS lmfao at the 2nd highest paid player, literally my ribs hurt ;D

so Bogut's contract is inline with Bosh and minimal other pieces needed to make it under the guidelines...

Mark Gasol is a stretch bcos he is on such a small contract :(

Dalembert is already in the crosshairs http://aol.sportingnews.com/nba/story/2011-06-14/heat-interested-in-dalembert-to-strengthen-center-position

DH12 is hitting the free agent market... http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=6659887&categoryid=2378529

so with it fairly imminent that he leaves or they have to pay him a showerload do they trade the big fella so they get something for him?

BlackMamba

Hey Marcz I think Bosh's contract was a max contract or close it anyways. Anyways it's a back ended contract like Lewis' one.

http://hoopshype.com/salaries/miami.htm

He gets 22mil in the final year  :-\. And I think we have to start looking at next year's salaries with matching up contracts now.

Yeah Dalembert is would be a good choice for the Heat. Anthony is alright but undersized. Z and Dampier are basically finished.

Yeah I know DH12 said he was gonna test the FA market either way. Still I don't think the Heat will fit him in without getting rid of Bosh's contract. And IMO, Miami would be the last place they will send him to. Sending him to Miami with Wade and LeBron means Magic would basically have handed their greatest rivals the title while killing their own team. They would send him West first if they believe that DH12 doesn't look like resigning. Then maybe teams in the East who have less rivalry with the Magic. I reckon pieces from Lakers such as Bynum and Odom etc would be more attractive than Bosh IMO.

What would Miami offer up for Dalembert considering he is currently on $12mil at the Kings.  There is no way he could get that kind of money from the Heat

RiOtChEsS

i believe he is a free agent Valk so nudda thing :(

yeah i dont think they abandon Bosh yet i see them adding a bigger body to help him out for next season

Cicjose

Marcz i love what the guy in 9th position has considering how much he gets played.....

RiOtChEsS

unfortunately with Yao injuries have crushed him, not a pretty player but certainly an effective one when he was in his prime...

looks like we will struggle to keep any other than the starting 5 :-\

i like Chalmers i think he could be a solid PG but on The Heat the role is more suited to a SG...

I dont mean what can Miami offer Sacramento, but what can Miami offer Dalembert.  There is no way the can offer him $12mil a year.

(Although I would be happy to do a sign and trade deal for Dalembert - if we are going to lose him :P)

RiOtChEsS

lol wont happen mate whoever we sign will do so for less, we have nothing too offer in the way of a trade either as only 5 players r contracted for next season... chances r we get an older body lesser known type that wants to win a title
