Small BE with 24 and will be maxing out in two/three weeks

Been amazing but with Drew Petrie at F7 and with Sandi plus Cox Dog in the ruck I think he would be perfect to offload for a rookie and use the 300k elsewhere once the sandiman returns

D.Petrie a valuable asset and at 90 PPG a barrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgain at 220k

Thoughts?

trade smith to tippet so when u need a ruckman just sub petrie in

Smith to Sandi I thinks in 3-4 weeks :) Traded him out for Bailey for cash, working a treat so far.

J Tippett is almost my most valuable player lol

Did exactly the same! and was able to bring in Fisher, Pav and Boyd in way earlier then id planned :) Smith keeps rising, and when sandi comes back il offload harris or someone and pick him up again.. Wasted trade but points i gain in the meantime is worth it

Interesting idea.. I probably don't have the trades left myself to do it (12) but @ 93rd overall its a move like that which could push me towards the 50k.

I still got Sandi on the bench. Say if they say Sandi is expected to return earlier like in 2 weeks (I think Mark Harvey suggested it but don't know if it was just mind games), would just leave him and let Zac Smith do his job? Or still bring in a premium ruck to free cash up for Sandi and get Sandi back when Smith has maxed out?

I have J Tippett, i wish Vardy and Bailey were playing their 3rd games in like 3 to 4 weeks which is a shame.

As smith to Bailey would net me a good 250k based on currnet value, which is perfect to upgrade D7 (lower) or M7 (kRAK or Danger when I MPP them from the fwd line)

when zac peaks should i downgrade him to joel tippett so i can use him for mpp with petrie or downgrade him to the cheapest ruck available since i have bailey as my fourth ruck?

If you dont have J.Tippett get him in if you have the Pee Tree, this makes you have the ability to play petrie in the ruck when Cox or Sandi has a bye...

Bailey should get game time and to be honest as a Hawks man Its between him and Renouf - ROughy will play as 2nd ruck

I don't know why you would get rid of smith. He is killing it and a very very handy backup ruckman. There has to be other rookies in positions to upgrade first. He will be the last one I'd upgrade. Especially when westcoast, Fremantle and Sydney still have to have there second bye. But in the end i hues it depends on the circumstance of your team.

Nah im with ya. I think once Sandi is back, and possibly it may not be till after the WC bye, ill downgrade smith to tippet and leave petrie sitting around. Either that or upgrade petrie and leave smith sitting around. Cash could be handy and got 3 emergencies forward to cover petrie moving into the ruck! Do it!

+1 At the moment Smith is priced at $335k with a 29 B/e this week and once he reaches his b/e I will be trading down because imo logic dictates $350+ is too much value sitting on the pine. (My Rucks are Cox and Ottens so I am not relying on Sandi coming back)
