I don't need to say anything to him. it isn't my nation that he is flowering up. Its your job as an assistant to say it but obviously you don't. The position means more to you than your nations best interests. I know 100% I would happily lose my spot saying heppa is doing the wrong things (If he was) and tell him he was flowering up our nation if that was the case. But do you expect everyone else to do it for you? Or don't you care that much?

As an outsider, I can say this stuff. I don't need to say anything to him. My opinion is my opinion and I can voice it but it doesn't mean that it isn't right or true.

Aussies have a strong 3 management style with the last spot being rotated between canidates to see who will be with them for their WC season next season.
