Nat player compensation
At the moment, managers receive $25k after the completion of a nat tour for every senior player they have in a touring party and $20K for every U19 player.

As of today, this changes to $30K for seniors and $15K for youths, to more accurately reflect the cost to a team of these players being unavailable (ie having a senior player unavailable for T20 and OD is typically more costly than losing a youth player).

Kamungozi played for Zimbabwe U19's on the first two days :) Took the first two wickets on the first day and the first wicket on the 2nd day :D Didn't play yesterday, probably won't play today, but that hopefully means he'll play tomorrow against Sri Lanka. :o

Congrats Sri Lanka.

On an unrelated note all 8 of my 19 year olds in my squad have got a red star next to their name! :D Going to be hell the weeks they go away on tour haha...

Edit: And now 2 of my 18 year olds also brought in to their squads. If all 10 go away on tour at the same time then I will be left with just 6 players... :o

I myself have 5 19yo's 4 Nats ( all from the all mighty Bermuda) and the other i am told will get a red star when England do there squad soon

3 out of 4 19yo are in Nat squads.  I see my 4th being in the squad when England select their new squad.  accom/accom FM is kinda hard to ignore
