My Indian is playing today - I am not so upset now as this will be his second game.  Hope he takes a bag today so that he comes in to consideration for tomorrows game.

Nah screw that, Cmon Khaleel!!

Hes gotta fire some time  ???
well disappointed he only got 31
but i reckon he done a good job of anchoring the innings when a few quick wickets feel beforehand
to slow it down and consolidate though done it slowly

JBs-Hawks

Nidheesh to Khaleel : [catch] An ugly swipe takes the top edge. Nidheesh tracks the swirling ball and gleefully accepts the catch.
G. Khaleel c & b. G. Nidheesh 31 (77b 2x4 0x6) SR:40.26

Did say he'd get him :P

But yes did a good job and now brings our finisher in, we went for the extra batting in this one.

Happy with the bowling performance from Nidheesh.  Bowled really well, had 2 dropped catches off his bowling, and apart from 1 over that went for 11 (6th over in spell), was really tight.

Good luck UAE :)

Bloody Khaleel lol, 2 drop catches that i counted including this one in the last over.

E. Jackson 10-0-58-2, K. Sreenivas 57 (54b), B. Manohari 2 (7b)
End of over 50 (6 runs) - India U19(230-8). 1 runs required from 0 overs. RR 4.60 RRR 0.00
49.6
1
Jackson to Sreenivas : Full toss driven to deep mid-on.
49.5
2
Jackson to Sreenivas : Punched into the ground off the back foot.
49.4
2
Jackson to Sreenivas : Ooooh. Just wide of the fielder at cover and they run 2.
49.3
.
Jackson to Sreenivas : [dropped] In the air straight to mid-on and Khaleel drops a simple chance.
49.2
.
Jackson to Sreenivas : A mix up in the middle nearly causes a run-out, but Manohari just scrambles back to the bowler's end in time. No runs, no wickets. Good value entertainment for a dot ball, though.
49.1
1
Jackson to Manohari : Fast, full ball from Jackson swinging from middle and leg to outside off-stump. Manohari digs it into the legside. Karim is too deep and the batsmen run hard for a single.

DazBurg

2/30 that's not all that great... lol

Just be aware that there are two Edgars to fear... Frankie is nice and rested for today :) His figures against NZ was 60 and 4/33 off 8 overs. Now that's what stars are made of.

First time one of my players has ever gotten out this way

Cantrell to Meman : Well, you don't see someone get out like that every day!N. Meman hit ball twice 6 (16b 0x4 0x6) SR:37.50

PowerBug

0.6 W U. Yapa to Edgar : Bowled! U. Yapa bowling a great ball just outside off and at a good length, it hits a rough patch and stays very low, skidding past Edgar's bat as he desperately tries to ground it in time before upsetting the stumps. Bit of good fortune, but if you bowl it around there, you'll get wickets.
F. Edgar b. U. Yapa 0 (6b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

What was that about Edgar?

2.5 W U. Yapa to Alexander : [catch] Alexander looks to drive through the on side and instead spoons the ball back to U. Yapa who accepts it with both hands.
R. Alexander c & b. U. Yapa 2 (8b 0x4 0x6) SR:25.00

End of over 3 (1 run) - Bermuda U19(3-2). 224 runs required from 47 overs. RR 1.00 RRR 4.77
U. Yapa 2-1-1-2, T. Reid 1 (3b), N. Simon 0 (1b)

In pursuit of 227. Good luck peeps, coz this looks like its going to SL.
