Why wouldn't Wilkinson be in the squad for WC??

Cos I am all confused :P   I am all over the shop, I had it in my head that next season is WC when its this season.

Just got an update from the Nat manager

The main keeper is really good but his endurance is poor so playing two games in a row hurts him too much. The previous backup keeper is not good enough a batter

Looks like my training regime of keeping bat/keep even is paying dividends.  Going by that Alpin will get 2 games.  Then hopefully next season he plays in all tours as the #1 keeper.  That should help his sale price ;)

Congrats valk. In other news Wilkinson has been left out of South Africa's touring squad... I'm hoping it's because he already has good experience and they're trying to give it to someone else, and not that he is out of favour... :-\

I am hoping the same for Williamson who is probably in the same position.

Yeh...... the orders weren't set properly (ie they werent done in time). 

My player Alpin Hill should prob be playing in tonight's match for Scotland.  Obviously I wont know till the match starts but my understanding is that he will play matched 2 and 4 to give the main keeper a break as the main keepers endo isnt good enough to be playing back to back games.

Sri Lanka's extra fielding will destroy you all in the WC. It's been going against us this whole 2 seasons, but we'll rake in the rewards when it counts. >:D
