and with my Senior academy which should pop tp superior in either 2 or 3 weeks exactly means the training is getting better and better ;)

Butcher, (Bat) Out/Exp, Out Endurance, Out Power, Cap Fielding.

Hemming, (Bowl), Out/Out, Accomp End, Cap Power and Fielding and Old Ball Bowler talent.

Phillips, (AR) Out Bowling, Reas Batting, Exp Tech, Reli End, Reas Fielding.

Peirce (Bat) , Out/Accomp at 21 with average Endo (  :-\ ) Gifted in Power and Skilled at Batting.

And then Mordt who deserves it the most for me. But he's a keeper...

It's possible, but they would have to be Outs/Outs at 22 to have a chance. That is where the majority of them are now.

We need an FM in there! I've got The second cousin, twice removed in Dexter Morgan who can represent 8). He's Outs/Outs at 24 but his performances don't reflect his invaluability. 2 Bowling talents as well make him lethal 8).
