I've jumped on the Scott Thompson train.  I'm looking forward to this ride.  Anyone else jump on yet?

I have been keeping an eye on him but havent bought my ticket yet.  I had more pressing needs in my forward line

Very close to its between him or Ablett or Murphy?

On the radar, i wanted Montagna this week dont think he will get any cheaper

Thompson will be a good unique pick that could pay off for you cos he can pump out the occasional big score

Likeing his ceiling and price this year, that coupled with his draw makes him a League win specialist player.

Took Murphy instead.
Both good players though.

I can't fit him in :( I have 1 mid spot left and it's going to go to Pendles after his 2nd bye.

That was one of the reasons I picked him.  I'm only going for league, and that draw looked too tasty to pass up.  From memory, there was only one other person up until this round that had him in my league, so that could work to my favour.

been on this train for a while.....just too good a finals run to ignore.....and has shown he can pump it out...

he was locked, plus most others - but with GC cash cows now just about fat enough, gee it's going to be hard to figure out who my last mid spot goes to though.....so much talent to choose from....

It's so hard deciding between him and Ablett. Thompson has amazing league fixture but can be a bit of a yo-yo with his scoring which can also hurt if your going for league. GAJ has a decent fixture, no byes and a lot of games at their home ground and his fitness looks to be getting back to where it should be for him to score big consistently.

Such a line ball decision, and you just know one will overtake the other.....

I'm backing GAJ to come home hard as he gets his DT rhythm back. Keep in mind he's only played 6 games so far and can only get better with time IMO. Thompson will more likely stay in the same area...
