What are peoples thoughts? Is he not good enough to play for the eagles? Or are the Eagles getting him match ready to play a full game instead of the Sub again?

He won't get his way in this week at least.

Regardless of whether he's good enough he shouldn't earn himself a spot this week just based on how good the Weagles were last week

They have got to give him a chance sooner or later. He's clearly earned a spot in the side I think he just needs to bide his time. If I was an eagles fan i'd have him in my side any day over Chris Masten. That guy is over rated.
But as Nails said, he more than likely won't get named this week.

If you've got him, I say keep him and he could be a good option for a round 19 upgrade before finals!

I've got him and I'm an Eagles fan... might be why im biased. The kid is a gun... Masten is poop. Really just want to see how he goes. Dont get my wrong the eagles rate him (given the #3 jumper) but you gotta give him a chance, he is killing it in the WAFL and they havent given him a decent run (a full game once, doesnt cut it) If he was in a struggling side, this kid would be in every ones DT and be averaging you 70+ imo.

I disagree. Look at the players that were either injured or not fully fit last year.

Cox, Embley, Butler, Shuey, Glass, Kerr (plus others i have prob missed.

No real forward target... now we have Darling, Big-Q, LeCra has some others there, Kennedy firing

You add those players back into a poor side - of course your going to see changes. 4 of the above i mentioned are premiership players..

Ineexkon we should drop evert and bring in one of gaff, swift or dalziell probably in that order. I don't mind sheppard off half back but give swift and gaff a run in place of ebert and shepps vs collingwood i reckon.
