First thing I would do is sub Heppel to the bench.

If I.Smith is named trade Bewick to him. Your backline is a little weak but I'm not sure if you would have the cash for Otten to Enright.

Definitely a back upgrade this week, especially with Heppell out.  Either that or MPP Jacobs into the backline.  I till think you need a back upgrade in any case.

I would swap Jacobs with heppel and downgrade tapscott to lynch.

Upgrade a defender in a few weeks to come, and krak to a prem
