Who has the better JS for all of you in the know?
i know Lynch has scored really well, but can he be expected to keep it up?

im actually tossing up between these two for my final trade this week as i want i.smith next week and to upgrade my mid also. dont want to miss out on both.

Personally, I thnk

Siposs better JS, assuming Saints have conceded their season is over

Lynch better scoring potential.

If you have used a moderate amount of trades I would go Siposs, otherwise Lynch for cash cow purposes.

masterjudd

ill be left with 14 trades, but my team will be looking as i want it bar one mid upgrade and a backup ruckman.

ok i think ill take your advice because i just need that backup fwd there to regularly play and can free me up some cash.

cheers

tbh, I don't rate I. Smith at all and absolutely don't see him as a high or even moderate priority.

If you must bring in someone , I think Siposs would be a good choice, otherwise just wait a few on Mzungu, so you can see how he goes after a long lay off.

The problem with Siposs is the Saint's bye, so it might be useful keeping someone like Matera  a bit longer, especially if you have freaken RICHO.

masterjudd

Haha Richo the most hyped 'barlow'esque player this year.. pffft so glad i dumped him after he got dropped.

to be honest i might only use one trade next week, and thats to bring in ablett or a premium like him as ill have about 300k in the bank. mzungu impressed me in the NAB cup so i see where your coming from.

ive done the math, and siposs actually represents better value in the short term as a cash cow and reserved funds as his 32k cheaper and his b/e's will be less ever round.. therefor more cash if i looked at it like that.

thanks for your opinions again

What don't you rate about him? His scoring potential or his JS? or both?

js with Rioli in the team.  that and I don't think his quite ready yet this year.

Fair point. I think a lot of people will (or have already) still bring him in as a downgrade to free up some cash and utilise the MPP whilst not actually relying on him playing every week.

I guess it depnds on your current team and what purpose you want him for.

FonFatty

I can see Syposs having an impact at the saints this year, similar to what Jarryd Blair did last year for the pies.. Syposs is the sort of player that will score well with just a few possessions, he is very effective and can kick a goal.. I will be taking him, those who don't will be smashing their heads against a wall.. Just like I did after I missed the Curnow train.. SIPPAAAA

masterjudd

WOW i LOVE HINDSIGHT!

Fonfatty, i definitely am smashing my head, but thats because i chose Siposs over lynch(not so bad) AND I.Smith!(Wow, did that guy kill it or what)

Charliesheen.. LOL i wish you were right on this one!

Siposs and Lynch both dudds haha.  I think Siposs is injured, and Saints are most likely going to make the 8.

I.Smith well, a lot changed with his JS, because he was able to cement his spot with Clinton Young, Bateman, etc out of the side.  Personally, I didn't grab him until he was actually on the bubble, and that wasn't until Round 13, where he smashed out 107.  Must say though I totally underrated him, looks raw but very very good almost a perma F7 lol.

You also missed the part where I suggested a Sandilands downgrade, and avoid both Siposs and Lynch if possible, but was probably posted somewhere else.

Saying that, if you had the luxury of trades, you probably could have taken a gamble on one of siposs/lynch.
