Who to start

Unsure who to start out of Jacobs, Lower, Hibberd any suggestions would be great

So in order to start Hibberd would you trade Lower or Toy to get him?

jacobs shouldn't get benched again......but even so, I think hibberd has shown he can pull out 70's +.. so he would be on the field for me out of those choices...
