You appear to have most of the bubble targets in your team already so you will be needing to take some risks on the downgrade targets.

I would be looking to downgrade Matera to say Mzungu to free up cash for Harris/Liber to prem.  Midfield looks the weakest. 

Toy would also be in the gun for mine.
