I have $405,800 after swapping Swallow out. Judd takes all my cash. Wouldnt mind holding some cash for more GCS up/downgrades in next 2 weeks, but I know we shouldnt scrimp on premiums.

What do you guys reckon?

Current team for this week so far:

Deledio, Gibbs, H Shaw, Heppell, Enright, Goddard, Puopolo, (Stanley, B Smith, Lower)

Swan, Boyd, Goodes, J Selwood, Liberatore, Hibberd, (J Watson, D Swallow, Harris)

Sandilands, Petrie, (Z Smith, Bathie)

Sylvia, Franklin, Knights, N Riewoldt, J Riewoldt, Duncan, A Krakouer, (Prestia, Richardson, J Tippett)

Montag

keep swallow a couple more. scored 100 last week so still has money to make
when he has peaked swap to a mitchell, montagna, pendles. they will all come down in next couple of weeks

Nice thought. I think Swallow only has another $20k in him which is why i was going to pull the trigger now, as oppposed to Stanley or Harris who have more to make. If I went a cheaper option, I could dg/ug with cash in hand to these guys in a few weeks once they have dropped, which as you say they certainly will.

You could awlays get pavlich, and swap with sylvia or krakouer ?

Swallow just scored a 100 and now has a bye, he's surely set to go BANG when GC resumes playing. If you have $405k after ditching Swallow, then you should have just enough to go B. Smith -> Suckling, which looks like a far better trade for you this week.

That is another consideration, that Swallow is actually a keeper as cover mid.

I havent seen a lot of the Hawks this year, is Suckling the real deal?

I just think that if you're utilising dual position and downgrading to players with decent job security, you won't need permanent midfield cover. That being said he's not the worst choice but he's looking like a serious cash cow now.

Re: Suckling, check scores, breakeven, upcoming fixtures, and the many recent threads on him. He has so many things going for him.

keep swallow until we get to round 14. this round should be renamed pendles/swannie round as those that dont have both should have by then (after C'woods second bye)

Great thoughts guys, thanks.  ;D
