I like Mundy but he obviously won't work in your team if you're going for overall.

hey Problems...just wondering why you say Mundy doesn't work for overall ??  great scoring consistent midfielder - why doesn't he work ??

A couple of reasons Bundy..
1. Round 16 will hurt with Mundy, Sandilands, Sylvia, Fyfe, Knights, Mzungu all out. That's 5 from a possible 6 mids/fwd spots that have a bye and are all out, not considering injuries and exclusions that may happen - he'll be relying on Rechardson and Bewick for games  :o
Also those first five players who will be out are all real premiums and I would think 550-600 from all of them is standard? That's a lot to lose for one round when you're going for overall score. I guess he can sideways trade around this but I guess that just depends on how much you value a trade
2. I just don't reckon he can afford him, in round 11 he's only got $500 left after the round and Mundy is nearly $20K more than Murphy already. I can't see it happening on current form but Mundy will have to have a shocker in the next two rounds to drop below $410K (if ele has valued him at Murphy's current value). Also hard to think he can afford as we don't know what he's valued the two rookies going out at and a surging Adcock.

lol elephants you have planned it even further ahead then I have.
I like it! You just might have to tweak it along the way depending on the values going up (or down)

Ps I have planned about 8 trades ahead

elephants

Yeah I think it's good to have a plan even though it will probably change heaps ahahah :)

Prospector_1

Too many posts to read, but I'm a top bloke!

lukedogg17

nothing wrong with the plan at all lol except that dt prices fluctuate in mysterious ways and planning that far ahead is always gonna be tough!

elephants

yes pros. you are a top bloke. In fact EVERYONE THAT HAS POSTED IN THIS THREAD IS ALSO A TOP BLOKE.

it does go to rough estimates after a while luke but i have purposely under estimated the growth or rookies and over estimated the price of premiums just to be safe.

CFC 1979

you should add " The cars mine " in the poll elephants  ;D

it's all a game of risk so go for it. It's good to see someone taking a risk

elephants
