Mid Perma-bench

I'm looking to upgrade one of them this week and the other I'll intend to keep as a perma-bench. Who should it be?

actually le, scanning through their scores this season, looks the other way around, swallow being more consistent, but harris having higher scoring potential.

Harris is logical - freeing up more money from Swallow, mature body, 150 gamer, but Swallow has shown potential. He might be a better 6th midfielder.

Hibberd, Jacobs and Mzungu/Callinan/Smith is a good enough midfield bench without a need for Harris/Swallow imo.

Hit the nail on the head. Swallow averages 81 so he's still a valuable 6th mid.

Swallow, more upside as an improving gun, solid improving scores. I'm holding both for a while but if choosing between No1 pick and Nth Melb cast off I know who I'll choose. If it ain't broke......

oh okay!? that is surpirsing but i still think harris's mature body will keep him going (ignoring his 'hip' injury this week :P )

-1, he's missed a game through injury and is less consistent, number don't support the perception. Only real reason to hold Harris is that Swallow is much closer to topped out value wise, how many ppl play Harris over Swallow in midfield? Most of my opps favour Swallow and so do I.

Harris for me. Swallow is in his first season and would be amazed if his body can hold up for the whole year.

Also i wouldnt rule out Jacobs to stick around this year.

I want to keep swallow and he scores better than harris. finds more footy, kicks the occasional goal and collects a lot of tackles.
