what i dont like about enright and rawlings is the fact that they will be out during finals. itll also mean i cant get mitchell and will have to get sylvia or possibly mundy
mundy is a freak, just a bit nervous picking him

powerade_0

if i pick him, i hope so too cdogg!

thanme

As much as I'm loving Sylvia this year, Boyd is a gun. Option 3.

I hope suckling sticks to what I've been saying since people have started going on about him. Failure. I think he's going to trail off madly come season end. He just doesnt have enough history to support being a premium.
Saying that some people are going to hope my words become breakfast lunch and dinner so I can eat them :P

hey im not sure on suckling either, considering going ben jacobs instead and using the cash to upgrade stanley to shaw next week. good move?

LaHug

I'd be more sure about Suckling than Jacobs. Jacobs may well be the sub because of his glandular and that it's his first game anyway. Would be horrible if he stunk it up in the big league and got dropped.

im just nervous on suckling! i might just bite the bullet and go suckling...

LaHug

Understandably nervous. Knees in football can be a dangerous thing. But he only missed one week, didn't he? That's usually a positive sign. I just can't afford him this week (without a double trade), so I'm praying he has an average game or is the sub or something. But honestly, I think he should be fine to get at least 70+ (which is as good as most top backmen anyways)

thanks lahug bro mate, makes me less nervous hearing that!
its not his kknee that is making me most doubtful though, just the uncertainty of whether he will smash it for the year or not.
i guess we will have to wait and see!

LaHug

For his price and the lack of premium backmen, I think he is a great option! As long as he doesn't get injured, he should be fine. Wish I could afford his this week!
If there were mid downgrade options for Curnow, I'd do it!

Andrew

I'll look at Suckling again over the next few weeks. Disappointed I didn't back his 141 and get him in early... it was no fluke..! Now he's at a price where he could go up and down. Unless he starts pulling more 100s...

powerade_0

not a whole lot of mid downgrades for curnow apart from maybe isaac smith, being a mpp to swap with fwds if need be too.
i rkn ill take up suckling and boyd and trade out grimes and curnow!
