Any other peoples backline as deep in it as mine?

Backs:
Deledio, Adcock, Goddard, Stanley, Lower, Grimes, Toy (Otten, Hibberd, Gibbs)

with only 1 trade remaining for the week, Im in need of some advice on how to rectify this best. My league match is relatively in the bag, so am looking for long term advice.

If it helps:

Midfield: Swan, Boyd, Montagna, Swallow, Libba, Harris (Atley, Curnow, Bewick)

18 trades reminaing, 300k in the bank

What did you use your other trade on?

footyfan11

Went Higgins > J. Tippet which netted me ~ 260k and allowed me to MPP petrie into my forwards.

essentially an upgrade and a cash cow culling all at the same time.

With a backline like that, I would have used my first trade on grimes -> Premium

BGK

Your up shut creek bro.

My backline may be thin on the ground for emergencies but i will have a full scoring team.

Your midfield is in just as much ruins!!!

Sorry to be harsh mate but no sympathy from me, and im tippin' from most! Simpe rule to follow.........

DONT TRADE UNTIL FULL SQUADS ARE NAMED! [/glow] [/size]

THAT MEANS FRIDAY AT 5 AT THE EARLIEST. EVEN THEN YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR FRIDAY NIGHTS SQUAD TO BE FINALISED IN CASE OF LATE INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS... WHO THE SUB IS ETC ETC ETC ETC!

COME ON ALREADY  :P

Another example of why you should save your trades til Friday footyfan!

I am in a similar boat but with 2 trades left for the week.

I was planning on going Grimes to Shaw and that soft piece of shower that you got rid of to Goodes but now with Toy getting dropped I will be going Grimes to Shaw and Curnow to Jacobs (even tho I think he will be sub - it beats a donut) and leave the Higgins trade to next week.

If I was you I would go Grimes to Shaw, Rawlings or Enright as he won't be back for the season whereas Toy should play again after his second bye
