GAZZA....Massive BE?i am trying to think of midfield upgrade and i know he will be around $370 soon but as a proven gun?Whats peoples thoughts?

Sit on it and if he starts cranking some consecutive tonnes then jump on. He has a long way to fall (from memory), at worst he might make a good 6th mid. He just doesn't have the same quality feeding him the ball this year making making those 120 -140 scores that we were used to harder and harder to get. Will finish on an Avg. of 95 -105 IMO

^ pretty much. He has to adjust going from a top ranked team to a bottom one, if and when he adjusts, will be a great pick up. Atm though... not for me.

No byes after next weekend counts in Gazza's favour. But outside of that, I don't think he'll be top 10 this year. Could do alot worse though for his bottomed out price.

Ill be waiting till i can sideways for harris (less than 50k) which will happen, if I bother getting him at all. Would prefer watson boyd or pendelbury in my final six.

see if you can wait a week??

i'm hoping he is ripe to upgrade to after the 2nd GC bye.   :P

Not this week and maybe never.

jeffbutch

too pricey in a development year.
others better to pick up than him

even montagna will probably outscore him

Ziplock

no basically. The only + side is that, if you compare him to lets say, watson, gablett has his byes out of the way, so even if he averages 90, he'll still make 180 points more than watson. But, if you consider a rookie would make 120 points covering for watson, and watson looks to be outscoring gablett by 25 points a game, really it isn't worth it.

Montag

nah id leave. harris will be just as good. Going to average about 90 so not good enough for an upgrade
