1st YEAR and Ranked 423rd! Need some help tho! Still a newb!

First year doing Supercoach and ranking quite well in my opinion, at rank 423rd, avg weekly score 2207.43

In need of some help - not sure what to do with my team / how to make it better right now / if i should trade now or if I should wait...

Money in bank = $268,800
Trades left = 19

Current Team:

Backs:
B. Gibbs / B. Deledio / B. Goddard / C. Enright / D. Heppell / N. Lower / N. Duigan

MID:
D. Swan / M. Boyd / J. Selwood / S. Higgins / D. Harris / D.Swallow
(T. Liberatore / R.Conca / J.Pittard)

A. Sandilands / D.Cox
(Z. Smith / J.Tippett)

FWD:
L. Franklin / A. Goodes / B. Harvey / N. Riewoldt / J.Darling / L. Tapscott / D. Petrie

I'm looking at trading the following players:
A. Otten (out injured)
C. Richardson (not getting much of a run at North)
N. Duigan (his BE is done)
C. Conca (been improving, still can rise a bit in price)
J. Pittard

Any help / tips / insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say Upgrade Harris to Watson/Mundy/Priddis/or another premium midfielder, harris won't play atleast until round 10 now. Just my two cents,

Any other suggestions people? I'm screwed this week.. will be copping a doughnut in the backline unless I trade out either Toy / Duigan / Otten

Using the bank:

Higgins > Mundy OR Pendlebury
Otten > Jacobs or Puopolo (if named)

NEXT WEEK

Matera > Smith
Pittard/Swallow (depending on break evens and averages) > Chapman > reopens the forward link

I would be downgrading Otten and upgrading Duiguan so cover your donuts.

just do this, should cover the donut scenario.

Ended up going Otten -> Heath Shaw. Now have 5 premium backs + Heppell (prob season keeper @ least til his bye in finals).

I have no emergency in the back for cover this week but my backline looks solid to all play.

I won't be grabbing Pendles until after their 2nd bye... looking at getting in Pavlich before him.

I Didn't jump on Puopolo or Jacobs as they aren't at the bubble yet... not sure on Puop's JS either!

Next week is a DRAMA! Gold Coast bye! will be using 2 trades next week for sure. Only 18 left now :/

I'm the same, have 5 Premium backs + Heppel ; I have 16 premiums in my squad, hope to have 20 premiums by round 13.

I only planned on going for league win, but somehow managed to be doing a lot better then I thought so I may aswell go for broke and see how well I can go in overall.

Looks like getting Heath Shaw in today was a top call!
