Dudge

About a third of the way through Black Caviar. I think most people don't realise how close she came to defeat, and serious injury in  her 4th race start. If it wasn't for a gelding called Point Pain, trainer and jockey said she would of fell into/onto the inside rail

My Chumps

I'm a bit of a reader. Not as much as I would like too, but I normally have a book on the go. Not really a fan of thrillers like most are in this thread it would seem!

Last I read was "The Reluctant Fundamentalist" which I got for Christmas. Was a great book, pretty short. Lost a bit of momentum towards the end but still a really enjoyable novel.

Some of my favourite books are literature classics like Catcher in the Rye, A Clockwork Orange and Slaughterhouse Five.

Currently working on getting through the "A Song of Ice and Fire" series by George RR Martin. Almost finished the first book (A Game of Thrones) and it is really really good, much better than the tv series IMO. Already bought the second book "A Clash of Kings" so that I can move straight from one book to the next :)
All done. Can't wait for The Winds of Winter! Could be a long wait though haha

That bit near the end of Dance though where *spoilers* Jon gets stabbed by flowering Bowen Marsh and stuff, not cool. Not cool at all. flower you George.

So apparently TWOW will be released 2015 at the very very earliest. So probably 2016 is looking more likely now. Dammit George.

My mate linked me to something a few days ago that basically confirmed 2016 :-\
Can't find the link though.

Also, just started reading The Hunger Games and it's pretty decent so far. Hopefully I can get through all 3 books before the last movie is released!

Just getting into the witcher books for those of you who have played the games, really good stuff, similiar in ways to GoT novels, just keep on flicking them pages, recommend highly
