Matters not. Conca is my sub and not relying on a huge score from Monty. Glad he's playing though...Go Saints!

I made this thread, and I'm glad I did. The reason I made this thread was because I heard Robbo and Daniel Harford talking about a rumour that Montagna wasn't going to play, and I was one of many coaches who was depending on Joey for a league win. It was then spoken about at length on SEN for the next 6 hours, and even KB was speaking to St. Kilda officials just before the game asking where the rumour came from.

Thank you for being an expert in hindsight, and posting your thread long after the teams had been announced. If you were so certain that Montagna was going to play, why didn't you post it on this very thread earlier in the day. That is the reason I posted the thread, to see if anyone could confirm or deny, (hopefully quash) this much talked about rumour.

What I would like to know is who started the rumour in the first place, and why there was so many callers claiming that Joey was out. So much so that SEN rang St. Kilda, but the saints refused to confirm or deny anything. I spoke to SEN myself and they couldn't get a straight answer out of St. Kilda. A lot of people wanted to know.

In the end I'm glad Joey played, and glad to get my league win. Thanks to everyone who commented, and thanks to n4cr123 and BillyBass for putting me at ease, announcing that Joey was in fact playing. That was much appreciated. A lot more so than these hindsight experts who wanna come in and comment long after the ball is bounced.

If I hear rumours like this on SEN in the future I will do the same thing. I won't hesitate to post them, because this is the sort of stuff people want to know, so don't give me any of this BS about not being happy with this thread. I will continue to post the important stuff, and I don't give a damn what you think.

depends on your trades available. sometimes you just got to accept that your M7 may not be the greatest.

heard ross lyon say on foxsports that montags definatly isnt playing this week and may not play next week.
the problem is they have a bye in 3 weeks. so it potentionally 3 weeks with out him.
trade worthy?
i have cover but could be a 200 points loss.
