I am playing crawf this week so thought it might be fun to rip into his team. R7:

Goddard, Deledio, Heppell, Hurley, Laider, Gibson, Lower (Otten, C.Pederson, Toy)
Judd, Murphy, Curnow,  Fyfe, Cotchin, van Berlo (Peddles, Libba, Mckenzie)
Otten and Petrie (Smith and Derickx)
Franklin, J.Roo, N.Roo, Goodes, Tapscott, Darling, Varcoe (Higgins, Matera, Richardson)

He has a lot of mid price players which will hurt him later in the year I think.
Questionable players and talking points in bold. What do you think of crawf's team?

Backline is his fail. Apart from rucks, where he plainly wants to play funny b*ggers! Actually, when you think about how those rucks have gone, if he picked the right ones each week ... check the bargin ruck theory in "dt strategy".

nothing wrong with Cotchin he is avg 100...

definitely too many mid pricers tho...

HotTiges

I thought he was going to pick 3 Collingwood midfielders ..

It's not such a bad team at this point of the year. Let's look at his 'differentials':

83 avg. Hurley
77 avg.Laider
87 avg. Gibson
-----------------------------------
84 avg. van Berlo
103 avg.Cotchin
-----------------------------------
105 avg. Otten
-----------------------------------
73 avg. Varcoe

When you consider we all pretty much have the other players in his team and we have rookies going up against the above guys, its not to bad. His rucks might lose pace with sandi and cox owners though. Are the bigfooty guys helping him with his team?

RiOtChEsS

yeah couldve sworn he said he was going with Swan Pendles and Sidey ???

MightyLions

His team isn't as bad as it looks, suprisingly scoring well
