Is it time to make a change or two?

Hey guys, long time viewer, first time poster. Team has been looking pretty good the last few round (top 400 for round 5) until I had a shocker last week 1800 or so. Now with Libba and Gaff out and with Jolly and Higgins injured, do I have reason to panic and make a few changes?
