Okay, so i want to trade boak for someone:
I currently have in my mids: Swan, Boyd, Boak, Goddard, Curnow, D Swallow. (D Harris, M Hibberd, J Irons) on the bench.

Ive got 73, 100 in the bank and stuck on who to get!!!

yeah i got Goodes and his price will be very tempting for all those noone owners of him and just keep in mind all you need is one bad week from a premium and they will DROP massively.....

then, later on when goodes gets to about 320, 000, ill get rid of tappy for hime.

not exactly what I meant, but I'll work with it.

I'm presuming you have at least one dpp in your backs to swap with mids (probably heppell, gibbs or deledio, maybe all three), so with 2 in your mids DPP isn't really an issue or factor in this trade.

Swan + Boyd are out and out guns, Goddard is unperforming but you wouldn't touch him, curnow is beasting it for a first year player, as is Swallow, and you can't fault harris. Irons, frankly sucks, but I won't judge you on that, as I also picked him due to a lack of money :P

So yeah, Boak is your only weak link, in such a poor team, surrounded by young players, or just poor ones, just isn't going to get much better.

so you can afford anyone for a straight swap around the 440k mark?

if you're not going for league, jobe watson is probably your best bet at 425k and avging 115, however, dustin martin is 30k cheaper and averaging 11 points less, he looks on fire and could be a good pick up. Despite murphy's good looks, with his injury I wouldn't be touching him. Downgrading and then going to pendles would have been my first choice, but with his two byes coming up so quickly, and his obvious price drop in the next couple of weeks, just isn't worth it.

Redden is looking pretty good as well, 20k odd cheaper than watson, averging a hair more and doesnt have a finals bye, him, bartel and selwood would be my only other considerations apart from those I named above.

Looks like people are getting rid of Boak. I'm holding on. His score's aren't bad, but there not terrific either.

Hm, yeah. He looks a better player than what he is showing at the moment. I'll assess this week.

Apparently he got 'concussed' at training.

He was only a late change and the 'concussion' was at training in days prior.

He could have got rested....Let's hope he smashes a ton. I have much respect for this bloke. Let's go.  ;D
