your forward line is fine, just chill and let things run their course and save your trades for when players hit their ceilings (knights/petrie/rookies), then upgrade.

sometimes you need to compromise, and get the fallen premiium you want before they rebound in price, this will mean trading rookies before they have hit their ceiling.

i will be trading aggressively and getting the team i want on field.

yeah fair point.
ive only used 2 trades and that was last week to get ottens out and j roo in

no doubt, but i dont think using two trades to get darling is exactly snatching up low priced premiums (though i'd be stoked if darling was a keeper). seems like trading almost for the sake of it because the man scored a hundred.

your doing well scotty.  my practical advice is focus more on the fallen premiums, how the byes fit in with the rookies & premiums, and when is the best time to get them, and the best way to do it.

For example

1. how the gold coast byes affect people.
2. how long will didak stay this price and best time to get him
3. best time to get selwood/montagna based on who they play
4. addressing weaknesses in your team

etc...

then have a look at the rookies that are best to choose/

yeh getting a first year rookie forward who has gone through price cycles at this stage is a bit silly .  sometimes you just need to move on, there will be others.

well looking at getting rid of duigan because he probably wont make his b/e
then i was looking at upgrading buckley in the midfield also
but then libba swallow savage and harris still have money to make
u thhink getting rid of one of those anyway?

like i said in previous posts.  at worst duigan may lose 10k (which is nothing), so you can wait until hibberd/cripps is actually in the bubble.

you need to think about your premiums targets first, then the best rookies to choose so that you can free up the funds.

it really depends....
