im chaning the plan everyweek now but thats because people scored more/less than i expected. Also im only really confident about cat players or defenders

this week: ward to jacobs and duigan to enright (heppel switches with jacobs to start on my mids covering swanny)
next week: tapscott down to mzunug ( for flexiblity dont really need the bench coverage anymore) and matera down to a rookie
round 9: harris up to selwood and stanley down to a rookie
round 10: petire up to chapman,
round 11: bwick to rookie, curnow to Pendles
round 12: darling to rookie, lower to lids

i will be left with only 7 trades left. But i will be left with a pretty solid team.

Gibbs, Goddard, Grimes, Enright, Deledio, Adcock, Heppel (Hibberd, Toy, Rookie)
Swan, Boyd, Bartel, Selwood, Montagna, Pendles (Jacobs, rookie , Mzungu)
Sandilands, Cox (Smith, Tippet)
Franklin, Voldt, Stevie J, Higgins, Didak, Chapman, Knights (rookie, rookie, rookie)

hopefully 7 trades should be enough for injuries and if i have some left over i can upgrade heppel first than knights.

plan looks great, with a really solid team. buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, rookies are scoring bigger than some premiums, many 'premiums' arent enticing me to get them in my team. im holding trades until someone "jumps" at me

Flame

7 May not be enough!!! Been a tough year for Dt with the Byes, subs, injuries..resting players

Good luck though!!

yeah i agree but if you look at my list of ins Enright, Selwood, Chapman, Pendles, Lids they are all doing well and all but lids are playing for top 4 teams.

Flame currently i have used no trades from injuries and i never seem to get long term injuries so hopefully 5 is more than enough and i can turn knights into a premium aswell.

Very solid team...A few (apparently) injury prone players in there so would have to choose rookies carefully in case cover needed. 7 does seem like too few trades to cover 12 rounds of footy

its not a bad plan but you have to make it flexible. what i do is incorporate injury trades with my ultimate plan. Like this week i was gonna leave everything than start this next week. but instead of my original plan i swithed some people around, saaved two donughts and still stayed fairly true to the plan. That is what you have to do, you save so many trades that way

Holz

thehanger thats probaly smart but i dont plan for injuries as they are random so you cant really adjust them. i have no injuries so far and lets hope i continue to be lucky.  I hate MPP late in the season but mzungu and jacobs in the middle i can see being moved around alot during the season.

Holz

good news it looks like issac smith will play soon so can get him in instead of mzungu. and round 12 darling to rookie can now be darlign to mzunugu

Ziplock

*presuming smith holds his position with the re-entry of rioli

if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Also obviously the plan isnt set in stone, but trades this week influence what trades i can/should do in the fore coming weeks. If i upgrade a back now i cant upgrade another back for a while.

I plan 1-2 weeks in advance... apart from team match ups in the finals. Apart from that ,with the rolling avg system, it's not really worth planning much more.

for instance, planning on building cash to get pendles in (maybe just before his bye unfortunately) since he should plummet in price. Planning to get mitchell in when he finishes his run of tough games etc. etc.
